“Reduce bloat and inflammation with this 9 min routine”

What happens second by second, why 190K people saved it, and how Roxie can remake it, move by move.

The opening frame with the hook text
0.6s: the only hook is one line of text.

The numbers

Measured on 15 October, about six months after posting. "Niche median" is the median across the 182 on-niche TikTok hits in the survey.

The save rate is the story: 5.2% of viewers saved it. That is 6 times the niche median and 2 times the median for symptom routines (2.6%). Saves outnumber comments 105 to 1. People are keeping it to do later, not arguing about it.

Second by second

One phone on a tripod, one wide shot of her living room, a jump cut between moves. Nine moves in 47 seconds, about 5 seconds each, even though the text says "1 minute each". The video is a trailer; the caption holds the routine. Each move sits beside the closest Roxie clip we already have.

Text, sound and caption

Each layer does one job. Nothing on screen competes with the moves.

On-screen text

Plain white text, TikTok's default font, no box, small, top center. Only three kinds of text appear:

0–3s the hook. 3–6s the rule: "1 minute each movement". Then a numbered label per move. One extra note at move 7 explains her fused spine.

Hook text frameRule text frame

Sound, picture, wardrobe

Sound: "La Vida (feat. Kaala Shaw) [Radio Edit]" by dbasser, Peter Guzman and Jose Alves, an upbeat house track from TikTok's library. No voice. A comment with 174 likes says "Bonus points for chill house music".

Picture: tripod, full body in frame the whole time, a lived-in living room with a sun decal on the wall.

Wardrobe: grey halter crop top, blue flared pants, barefoot. Her abs are visible in every frame, and that is what the top comments are about.

  1. Show the body. The aspiration lives in her midriff. A remake that hides it keeps the routine and loses the comments and follows.
  2. Say how long, on every move. "1 minute each" is on screen for 3 seconds, and people still asked. Put "· 1 min" on every label.
  3. Answer the skeptic in the caption. Some viewers say mobility moves didn't build that body, and they are right. Say what else builds it (strength days) so the post doesn't read as a false promise.
  4. Expect people with pain and conditions. Arthritis, scoliosis and joint pain come up often. Gentle, standing-only versions fit them.

She runs it as a series

She has posted this template eight times since April with new moves each time. All eight cleared 100K views; the median is about 800K, 15 times her account median. Since August the caption opens with an offer for her paid program, so the template also sells.

Remaking it with Roxie

The library covers four moves cleanly and two more closely. Golf swings, the bent-over trunk twist and the windmill have no clip. That gives two ways to make it.

Make first

A. Cut it from Roxie's library

Moves
6: march, arm swings, torso twists, hip hinges, jog in place, plié squats. Six moves and six minutes match your "small numbers" rule.
Cost
No generation. An edit of existing clips: text, cuts, a sound added in TikTok.
Time
Same day.
Trade-off
White tank and lilac leggings, so no midriff: it tests the symptom hook without the body hook. The clips are calm demos, slower than her bounce.
Pilot next

B. Copy her moves onto Roxie

Moves
All 9, in her order and rhythm. Each move window drives Kling 3.0 Motion Control, with Roxie in the living-room set in the blush sports-bra set.
Cost
About 100–170 Higgsfield credits for all 9, retries included. You have 2,727. A 2-move pilot (windmill and body wave, the hardest) is about 25.
Time
One to two days, with a review of the pilot first.
Trade-off
Keeps the rhythm and the body hook. Bending moves can warp limbs; slowing the driver 2× fixes most of it. The 3-second arm-swing window may need padding to clear Kling's minimum length.

Caption, same structure as hers, in Roxie's voice

📌 Save this for your next bloated morning.
At 55, I’ll take anything that helps me feel lighter. 💃
A gentle flow from my morning sessions. No equipment, about 6 minutes.
👉 Do 1 minute each movement:
1. March in place
2. Arm swings
3. Torso twists
4. Hip hinges
5. Jog in place
6. Plié squats
Just starting out? Do 20 reps of each and you’re done in under 4 minutes.
✨ Gentle movement like this can help with bloat, stiffness and energy. It’s a reset, not a cure.

Guardrails

  1. Turn on TikTok's AI-generated label for every Roxie post. TikTok requires it for realistic AI people and detects unlabeled ones.
  2. Keep claims soft. "Can help with bloat", never "burns belly fat" or "cures inflammation".
  3. Copy the structure, not her work. Her template, rhythm and caption shape are fair to borrow. Her words, her audio file and her footage in the final cut are not. In version B her video only drives the motion; none of it appears on screen.
  4. Keep Roxie's age at 55 on every post, to match the ads.

Nothing has been made yet. When you want to remake it: version A needs no spend, and version B starts with a 2-move pilot of about 25 Higgsfield credits. Her age-flex video ("She's in her 50s. She's probably skinny…") is the next teardown.
